Red Wolves crowned Sun Belt Women’s Basketball Tournament Champions

It took an extra 5 minutes of basketball, but the SBC has a new women’s basketball champion as Arkansas State punches their NCAA Tournament ticket with an 86-79 overtime victory over James Madison. ASU battled back from being down at the half 40-32, led by a great performance from Crislyn Rose, who finished shooting 10-16 from the field and accounted for 23 of the Red Wolves 86 points. Next up for the Red Wolves is a date on Selection Sunday, where they will find out where they’ll play in the NCAA Tournament!
